What Are Mint Threads?

Mint Threads are PDO (polydioxanone) lifting threads — ultra-fine, biodegradable threads that are placed just under the skin using a cannula. Once in place, they act as a support structure to lift and reposition sagging tissue.

Over time, the threads dissolve naturally while stimulating your body’s collagen and elastin production, helping to firm and rejuvenate the treated area from within.

What to Expect During Treatment

    We begin with a thorough consultation to understand your concerns, assess your facial anatomy, and determine if Mint Threads are right for you.

  2. Treatment
    The skin is cleansed and numbed with a local anaesthetic. The threads are then inserted using a fine cannula in precise areas to achieve the desired lift and contour. The entire process takes around 45–60 minutes.

  3. Aftercare
    There may be mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising which usually subsides within a few days. Full aftercare guidance is provided, and results continue to improve as collagen builds over the following weeks.

How Long Do Results Last?​

Most clients enjoy visible results immediately, with further improvement over 6–12 weeks as collagen production increases. The effects typically last between 12 to 18 months, depending on your skin and lifestyle.
